All of a sudden HP Director does not uncap so I can't scan and save surrounded by word. I uninstalled and installed from cd that came next to the HP officejet and from add/remove programs. It scans everything as pictures. What do I do? HELP!!!!

i conjecture the setting is somewhere in HP director, you can scan as pdf, ocr(txt), or picture (jpg,tif)
try to interested it from start menu airspace rental rates
