Hp Scanner [scanjet 3500c] problem, serve ! anyone?

I hold a Hp scanjet 3500c, but it isnt working, i have no comprehension about scanner [zero] i am trying to double click the deity , but there is no response. What shall i do ? Please give support to

Try these steps;



Check wheter Scanner Connect 2 USB correctly & Plug with Power adapter peoperly [It will light/blink power street lamp If it OK] .

Then Install scanner drivers using scanjet3500c Driver CD ( Installetion CD) It will auto run when you insert it 2 cd rom. Follow the Installetion steps.

The setup will install the drivers for the scanner and a application software (ex. Adobe Active Share, Scanner Photo Editor) too.



If the drivers proprly installed You can scan using application

[ when application open, click hp scanner > Scan New Image> set qualty > Scan] These steps will vary according 2 your scanner application .





If you r assume U got a problem near apllication programme. Just Use the ACDSee Photo handling software 2 Scan.

File > Acquier> Scan
