I bought a Lexmark 3350 (all surrounded by one) and I can't obtain it to scan.?

The printer works okay and the copy aspect. I can't say nearly the fax function. I have impossible that yet. I enjoy re-installed three times. I just bought it yesterday

NEVER BUY LEXMARK.... and for that issue never buy dell because they are made by lexmark. Those devices are poor in part.
