Bit difficult, as you haven't told us what program you are using to do the scan. My proposal would be to install both a virus killer and a spyware scanner. AVG Antivirus is free to download and isn't fruitless for a freebie, just do a yahoo explore for avg free, and it'll be the first or second listing. Then install Spybot Search & Destroy. Again, free, and again turn out for spybot s on yahoo. Whatever you are currently using sounds like it is corrupt or it could be getting intercepted by some wicked prog on your machine.
