My scanner will not scan..The Trouble shooter program i.e. built in basically comes back as an unspecified errror. I enjoy tested the scanner motor and it will return back to the start position..but within is no action after that..The scanner buoyant stays on constantly...
I enjoy a Microtek 4800 Scsnner that have quit working..Any concept on how I can troubleshoot why?
Personally, I would go to http://www.driverguide.com and re-download the driver. It sounds to me approaching your driver file become corrupted. Hope this helps
