You any were downloading something else, which you would requirement to either pick up, open or close OR another program is prompting you to stroke on something else (i.e. check outlook, etc.).



If you can't find the open dialogue box, click on your desktop shortcut surrounded by the task tablet. This usually works for me.

If you have window xp and service pack 2 you sohould get a sickly bar on the top of the page, click on it and allow the download, whe the dialog box open click run or install
that box is asking you for something. cancel, ok, delete, doesn`t matter what.

You need to answer and close up to that time you can go ahead.

is it clandestine, close every window up, you will find it aft everything else you have open out.
