Hp2575 Scanner - trying to scan it say NO SCAN OPTIONS?

I am have problems scanning pictures on my HP 2575 scanner. It keep saying NO SCAN OPTONS when I progress to scan!



What's wrong?

If you're using Windows XP, you may need an undated driver.

I own a HP 5500 Scanner and once in a while I start getting unnatural errors and messages. I just uninstall the scanner software, and next clean the disk. I afterwards reinstall the scanner software and no more problems.
