The easiest means of access I can think of is to create a .pdf document from the scan, interested it in Acrobat Reader, and use the record select tool. It depends upon the model you use. I have HP scan where on earth I can choose the option for a scan "editable text", and destination as "MS Word", later it will be scanned to the MS Word where on earth I can edit. It is extremely useful and save much time. All the best.
if your scanner have no scan to ext function,



u can buy a ocr software and it will turn scan figure to text format.



consequently u can open it and stifle.
