how do you scan a picture? please comfort!!!!?

I don't know what model/brand you've get, but I've been installing HP 380s not long (3 today). It turns out you have to follow the instructions EXACTLY or they won't work. If you connect the USB cable at the start, or don't print and scan the experiment sheet, you'll have to unplug everything and stir back to square one (including uninstalling the software) and start over.

Assuming you've done adjectives that, my first try would be to press the power button to turn it off, later turn it on again, and see if that helps.

If it's an ginger light a short time below the power button, then it may be some error beside the ink cartridges (maybe you didn't get the cassette all the instrument off both of them, or I don`t know they're not snapped all the process in, or something). If you've successfully printed the try-out sheet, then this isn't the problem.

Anyway, beside the ones I'm working on, you scan by starting the HP imagesmart software, then pressing the SCAN button, and the symbol scans.

If none of this help, try the manufacturers' web site.
