How to construct my scanner work beside ubuntu os?

Use the sane or kooka program to access the scanner functions, you must hold the proper drivers installed (some drivers are included in the sane package)

The sane & kooka programs are pretty important installs, so it's file to use the synaptic pack manager for this.
