How to trade name my scanner work?

I own a Memorex 6136u scanner and I already downloaded the programm from memorex.com and installed it but when I go to Control Panel and try to commercial a scanner in Printers and Scanners folder it doesn't show me database I downloaded. what should I do? I don't have the compact disc with hardware



I hold finally added it to the scanners and cameras folder in control panel but in a minute when I doubleclick on scanner sign it says that status is anavailable and I still can't get it work

restart the cmp and if that dosent work unplug the scanner and plug it back surrounded by then it should work.
How do you sort a scanner work? Give it a raise and an extra 10 minutes lunch break.
Try put in new hardware wizard or shift to my documents and open program. If you hold xp and the scanner is for other than xp goto compatability wizard and unseal in that. Good luck.
