Try reinstalling the software.
Since you didn't state to some extent your printer has EVER printed correctly, I requirement to ask if the printer is newly installed and\or you hold installed new ink cartridges. *IF* any is true.... Have you REMOVED the TAPE from the ink cartridges?



Also, some printers are VERY touchy about HOW you install the Drivers for them. Some REQUIRE that you Install the Drivers WITHOUT the printer Turned ON or even CONNECTED.



Be SURE to CHECK YOUR Owners\Install Manual BEFORE you attempt to install the Drivers. Since it appears you enjoy already installed your drivers, I suggest you check the tape on the cartridges. *IF* that doesn't solve your problem....



UNinstall your printer's drivers, SHUT DOWN (NOT RESTART) your computer. CHECK your Install instructions BEFORE you reboot your computer and follow the install instructions.
